Effective Date: 1 January 2026 — Applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors at all V.O.F STRIEN TANK onshore terminals and offshore vessels. Compliance is mandatory.
V.O.F STRIEN TANK operates with zero tolerance for preventable accidents and environmental incidents, placing safety at the centre of every operational decision.
Strict permit-to-work systems for all hazardous tasks — hot work, confined space entry, working at height. Mandatory PPE in all designated zones.
All terminals and vessels maintain tested emergency response plans covering fire, spill, medical, and evacuation. All facilities equipped with fire suppression, spill containment berms, and ESD systems.
All incidents and near misses must be reported immediately. Full root cause analysis and corrective action tracking mandatory.
Secondary containment at 110% of largest tank volume. MARPOL Annex I compliance. Spill response equipment on permanent standby.
Vapour recovery units (VRU) where required. All waste managed per Dutch law and MARPOL.
All contractors must complete safety induction, provide competency evidence, and hold adequate liability insurance before commencing work.
